Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy

Potential Unexplored Ltd works directly with minors through the Boys to Men Mentorship Camp, Girls Rising, and our Holistic School Support outreach. Every family that registers a child with us is trusting us with their safety, and that trust shapes how every camp, session, and outreach visit is run.

Our Commitments

• Female coaches for Girls Rising. Girls Rising is delivered with female coaches present throughout the programme.
• Age-appropriate grouping. Boys to Men separates participants into Junior (10-13), Teen (14-17), and Young Adult (18-23) clusters, so content and supervision match each age group.
• Parental involvement. Every Boys to Men camp includes a dedicated parenting session on the final day, so guardians are part of the process, not separate from it.
• Vetted facilitators. Every facilitator and mentor working directly with minors is known to our organisation and briefed on expected conduct before a programme begins.
• A reporting channel. Any parent, guardian, participant, or staff member with a safeguarding concern can reach our team directly through the contact details below. Concerns are treated with urgency and confidentiality.
