Terms that apply when you register for a programme or purchase a book or course.

Submitting a registration form reserves your place provisionally. A place is only fully confirmed once our team has followed up and, where a fee applies, payment has been received.
Fees are shown in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) with an approximate USD equivalent for international registrants. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, MTN Mobile Money, or Airtel Money.
If your plans change after registering, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at +256 775 495 431 or by email at info@potentialunexplored.com. We handle changes and cancellations on a case-by-case basis depending on the programme, timing, and payment stage, and will always talk directly with you before finalising anything.
Submitting an order or enrolment request through the Books and Courses pages is a request, not an automatic purchase. Our team will confirm availability, final price, and payment or delivery details with you directly before any payment is taken.
Organisational Strengthening engagements, Leadership Development, Team Building, and Sales Excellence, are governed by the individual proposal or agreement issued for that engagement, not by these general terms.
